Italian Ranch Masala Oyster Crackers


If you’re looking for an easy way to spice up some boring plain crackers, this is the recipe for you. Oyster crackers are great for soups, and even for snacking, but sometimes a little flavor is nice. These crackers make for a great snack, and have just the right amount of kick to feel a little heat, while being nice and tangy at the same time. They are kinda addictive. Sorry about that.


  • 2 bags of oyster crackers
  • 1/2 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 packet italian dressing mix
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 4 tbsp pav bhaji masala
  • 1/2 cup oil

To Make:
