So I have a really easy recipe for you today. I’ve made a new friend who happens to be Bengali, so I thought I would make a quick treat. And by quick, I mean quick. And it is so easy, it’s not even funny. So, if you like eggplant, try this!
- Eggplant, sliced somewhat thick
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp flour (rice, besan, plain..you choose)
- oil for pan frying
