Bengali Eggplant Fry

  • Eggplant, sliced somewhat thick
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp flour (rice, besan, choose)
  • oil for pan frying

To Make:
