3tw4hiOf-lHLgRKSPR9qw3WcEjFxT6OonX5-S56TDcwSo I have a really easy recipe for you today. I’ve made a new friend who happens to be Bengali, so I thought I would make a quick treat. And by quick, I mean quick. And it is so easy, it’s not even funny. So, if you like eggplant, try this!

Ingredients:

  • Eggplant, sliced somewhat thick
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp flour (rice, besan, plain..you choose)
  • oil for pan frying

To Make:

In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Coat the eggplant slices in the mixture, and pan fry in oil over medium to medium high heat until done. 97J4sWM9yRPwVDZMKb17d53ZSNEr7gRWz5PuMEtK9Js Nk7VOkUVw2RDmra0Zzz7sHmOD_yr-cPAyk8IFmxFUJg
